Hi, I’m Krista Moore—founder of K.Coaching, Inc., now helping women build powerful businesses, partnerships, and purpose-driven success.
For more than 20 years, I built and led a sales and leadership development company, working with small independent businesses, tech start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies around the world. While grateful for the success, I felt called toward something more aligned with my life’s purpose and greater impact.
In 2020, I began stepping away from the day-to-day of K.Coaching to focus on work that felt more personal and aligned with helping others rediscover their own passion and purpose.
Today, I work with a select group of women—leaders, professionals, and entrepreneurs—who feel that same pull toward something more and have made the decision to boldly explore their strengths and purpose. They are creating businesses, building partnerships, and advancing careers that reflect who they were meant to be—while taking meaningful action with greater confidence and purpose.
And for me, that’s what it means to truly Soar with Passion + Purpose.
